A great drink for fall or winter evenings, with a strong apple flavor. To make this cocktail, you will need: 1 1/4 ounce Calvados or another apple brandy, 1 1/4 ounce Pommeau de Normandie, 1/2 ounce Manzanilla dry sherry, ice and a twist of lemon to garnish.
