Mixologist Chris McMillian walks us through the history and preparation of the Irish Coffee. This is a classic after dinner drink and was created in Ireland and introduced in the US in the Buena Vista Cafe in San Francisco.

Ingredients:

One shot Irish Whiskey (Jameson)

Unrefined sugar (Sugar in the Raw)

Coffee

Whipped cream

This after dinner cocktail is sure to warm you up and send you on your way! Mix it up after a big meal!
